Policy on Returns and Exchanges

- The client reserves the right to withdraw from the sale within 20 days of purchase if the product shows a defect, or when the product does not meet its description on our website. Rugs must be checked upon arrival for defects or damage and if found they must be declared to the courier immediately.

- Rugs that are ordered but not received are charged to the customer with the shipping costs in both directions including VAT and possible import fees.

- If a carpet is defective and must be returned, please use the cheapest means of transport (registered by post). The limits for postage that will be refunded are € 100 for EU customers and € 150 for all other countries.

- If you want to arrange a return of a product, please first contact us via email, phone or the contact form provided at the "contact us" page.

1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a copy of the sales check, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account).
